If Cleo Holdings Limited Finds out then the users account will be deactivated without any intimation or warning and the Mobile Number will be Blacklisted for future logins.

The Company is only providing the platform where users can connect with each other and does not have any control over the users, hence the Company cannot be held liable for any deeds – misdeeds of the users.

MEPL LIVE may terminate your access or your membership for any reason. If MEPL LIVE terminates your membership, you will not be entitled to any refund of any unused Subscription fees or access to digital content purchased by you.
Any claim in relation to this agreement should be filed with Cleo Holdings Limited within 48 hours from the date and time when the claim first could be filed.
The services are controlled by Cleo Holdings Limited from the United Kingdom, where the Company has its Registered Office and the Servers and Data Centres are set up. Hence the service is governed by the U.K. Law and not by the laws of any Country, Territory or jurisdiction should be treated as the United Kingdom.
Cleo Holdings Limited seeks to use within reasonable organizational, technical and administrative measures to protect Personal Information under our control. Unfortunately no data transmission over the Internet or data storage system is guaranteed to be 100% Secure, Hence Cleo Holdings Limited cannot be held responsible.
MEPL LIVE may collect personal information, including contact information from its users. You allow MEPL LIVE to use your personal information. By accepting this Privacy Policy, you expressly agree to receive this information.

By using the Services on the Site, the User represents and warrants that he / she is a minimum 18 years old.
The User will not indulge in any Obscene Conversation or action; if the User is found to indulge in any Obscene Behaviour then his account will be deactivated by the Company.
The User is solely responsible for, and assumes all liability regarding, the information - conversation and User interactions with other Registered Users through the Application – Services.
The User confirms and agrees not to share his personal information – contact details or financial details or any other information which is private in nature with other Users.

The account with the Application / Site / Service is available for the User’s personal use only.
The User agrees and accepts that if his account is Blocked or Deactivated on account of any obscene behavior then his credits or balance in his account will be forfeited with no returns.
While making a purchase the user agrees that there is no refund possible, once purchase is made then the user cannot seek any refund.
